Have you had a lot of salt intake? That can cause swelling without being active

@bentleysmomma, No not really I haven't really been eating I have no appetite. Can not drinking enough water cause it I haven't been thirsty either and I know it's important to drink but I throw up when I try to force it down

Yes that will do it! Drink lots of water and elevate your feet, and when you do eat watch your salt intake it'll only make it worse. My hands and feet swell even when I'm in bed all day also
