Serious Belly Question!

Have any of you mommas, gotten pregnant within the first year of giving birth via c-section? I've noticed my belly getting harder and bloated from time to time & my scar is starting to irritate me. Did the same happen with you all, & if so, what did you do? Is there ANYTHING to ease the itchiness?
