My son had the same problem they say it's not big deal especially for girls because we have long hair but since I have a son we started to just lay him the other way it was hard at first because they get so use to laying a certain way for awhile but their no need for a helmet just got have her lay on her left side and it will shape out in no time don't worry

He was I think 4 months just everyone kept making fun of how his head wasn't shape and I didn't want put helmet on him I know they work just didn't want see my son in those. My son is the same but I just had put him in his bed on the left side and and roll a baby blanket and put behind him so he wouldn't try lay that way but it was easy then but since they are growing up they don't want stay in one place but it work for me and his head is shape even the doctor said its all good just gotta try and hope for the best

It took maybe just a month or two for his head to shape no longer than that but since they are little maybe even faster

Give her more tummy time my oldest daughter head was like that as well but once I started doing it more it it got better
