naming my oldest was the worst. we couldn't decide on her name at all. then 2 weeks before my due date we decided to name her Danica Nikole. it was way easier choosing our sons name than our oldest daughters.
@themommaoffour, @mlgh92 we told my FIL the names we liked and he ripped them apart. I don't like commen names for babies. he told us we should name him Jake or James they are good names just not my cup of tea. now I feel clueless on names.
I love unique names as well. names that you don't hear very often. I've got Danica Nikola, Adalyn Jean Maura and Aubrey Keara. We're naming our son Kade Jacob.
@babyeitrem, my brother did the same thing the other day and said my baby names are "gay" and his nephews are going to get "picked on" and I said you have NO IDEA how hard it is to pick 2 names starting with L for both first and middle name. It's insanely hard and my brother says I can pick a good one. He comes up with "Lethal Lex" lethal??? like a lethal weapon... Uhhh no!
my husbands entires freaking family has the initials LLG and it's a "tradition" there are only so many boy names that start with L so it's hard finding some thing unique and that nobody else has. we have Lance Lloyd which is my husband then my FIL Lloyd Lee then all the cousins in uncles
Landon, Laken, Levi, Les, Lester, Lloyd, Lindon, Les Jr., Levi Jr., Logan, Lars... It's crazy. they already have the whole baby name book of L's. Lol

I know what you mean! Not only boy names but sticking to a traditional with initials having to be LLG. It's almost impossible.
