I work at walmart and when we call off it gets a point and if you get 4 points your fired. Well lately ive been having pain in my hips to where i cant walk. So i called off the last two days i worked and i had about 10 points from when i started work. But my managers know im pregnant and they know i had a hard time with this pregnancy. So i thought i was gonna get the boot today. Lol. But im not so thats okay. @riahlala3

ok, when do the points fall off. is it every year or 6 months. and get a doctor's note to protect you. apply for fmla...please. I have asthma and I'm a bus driver so sitting down for 8 hours does a number on my bladder and hips it's terrible because I'm in the third trimester. my doctors give me up to 7 days off work per month with fmla and job can't say anything

I dont qualify for fmla leave because i havent been with my job for a year. I only qualify for child bearing and that only covers me for my maternity leave. And its every 6 months period. And the 6months doesnt start from the day you got hired it starts on april so october they will fall off. Im 32 weeks today and me working and standing as a cashier hurts my back and hips. Plus its hot now so i get dizzy. My Co manager is really understanding with the whole baby and pregnant situation so hes nice but its up to the store manager if he wanted to fire me or not. But i didnt get fired lol. We are in the clear. @riahlala3
