My milk has started coming in & my boobs are so sore right now!
Made the decision not to breastfeed so I'm hoping this dries up pretty fast!

@tg123456789, I was told by the community midwife to just leave them alone & apply cold packs if I needed relief. I might speak to the HV when I see one (haven't as of yet!!) xx

yeah she came tuesday and it was really good to be fair. i thought she had come to do nosey round house but she had a doll and that shown me how to hold baby breastfeeding ect and all that and had 2 rubber boobs, and showed me how to release the milk but as only that once through day it doesnt make ur body to think to keep doing it as it would if actually breast feeding cause not every 2hrs or whatever... it was thing i was dreading most as after my son they was like rocks and so painful :( @natroberts88 xx

Just leave them alone will take about a week to not feel uncomfortable. if you release your milk obvs it will keep coming back and as your not breast feeding you obvs don't want it to come back! Wearing a sports bra at night helped me and tried to wear my maternity bra in the day. Hope they ease up soon for you. x @natroberts88

@rachthe health advisor advised that 4 mins a day wont have u keep producing as its not feeding its a certain grip that drains the milk each morning ill put pic up when get home but i stressed and asked if would mean milk would keep coming in and she said def not..
