I've got really bad SPD...everytime i walk I have pelvic pain and back pain. plus baby is engaged so have all this pressure down there&feel; like I'm going to pee myself all the time. just want my baby out!!😂🙈 &I'm constantly getting up to go for a wee @suzie80
