I would get a 2nd opinion. 1 month old should never have cereal. in fact cereal is not recommended at all anymore cause it has no nutritional benefit. babies shouldn't have solids until 6 months, but some doctors still recommend 4 months. at 1 month old your baby can get really sick and it can cause long term damage.

@crunchymomma, it would be in her milk. Not plain cereal given it'd be mixed in just a tiny bit

It does seem a bit early but it's been so long since I've had a newborn the rules and stuff seem to change every few years lol. I doubt it would be harmful either way, if her tummy can handle it I guess it's all good :)

@michellevaldez4750, ya cause Ik it's supposed to help with reflux in a baby an if it was bad for the baby Drs wouldn't recommend it when babys have relfux.

Even mixed in with milk is not recommended. it's still solid food and empty calories.
