it depends on the state bc I've heard of it happening but If he isn't there then you'll have to do a DNA test and all that to get on it

I'm not sure if thats all true. I do remember a Paternal declaration I think thats what the super purple paper work said. Dad had to acknowledge his paternal rights. Then you fill out the birth certificate paperwork and sign a digital pad. I signed but dad was already heading back home for work and we had to stay behind.
