Round ligament pains 😳 I have them too. I'm very tired and sore this week

I was just sitting on the couch earlier today and think I must have moved funny or stretched without knowing it, and I was literally sore for over an hour! I had to take my pants off because they were pressing on my stomach and I needed some relief. 🙄

Felt like shooting type pains and overall soreness. My doc said this will happen more n more as the uterus expands!

Yup. Just rest till it goes away. Don't aggravate it more. I was gunna take my dog for a walk but just decided to wait it out. We'll go later lol

ligament pains! It only gets worse. Try cold packs and heat!! Take it easy and don't move to fast'

@abw716, i was out to dinner with my fiance and the minute we left dinner to head home it started acting up so i thought maybe it was gas or something but def not.. the pain is there when i move around ..im in the tub now to ease it but i can still feel it...round ligament pain is pretty much just the baby streching ? and this feeling is normal correct ?

It's your uterus growing and getting bigger for the growing baby! It is completely normal!! @tbianco20 as the baby gets bigger it does get worse , especially when you get out of bed or sit up to fast !!! 😩😂 @rainbow0601
