Call them, there's a number (I don't have it) that will give you emergency temporary Medicaid.

But once I got my proof of pregnancy in it took maybe 2 weeks. Keep an eye on your online account because your card takes longer to come in.

Texas works pretty fast unless there is an issue with the paperwork. But you should get it quickly. What part of Texas are you comin too?
