Hot water bottle helps my hips at night my hips are always aching. I tend to have good sleeps in the morning instead of nighttimee xx

Your welcome my partner is always making me hot water bottles just stick it under ya bum on ya back, and sides of your bum. I hope it eases the annoyance. My hips have been playin up for 10 years now so kinda used to it but still super annoying xx

Its alright you find ways to deal with it after a while. Not being able to use no creams or exercise properly is the hardest part! But its all worth it in the end. Thank you thoo xxxx
