my 6 year old stepson keeps crying and saying he wants to live with us, it's super sad! we have to take him back to his mom's house in a week and he's bummed. we got him for a whole month and a half this year, hopefully she'll let us have him again sooner than summer. poor little guy!

cats and babies My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.
Make your own breakfast! At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
So we decided on a rabbit. A friend breeds them and is actually giving him to us for free! He's about 11 weeks old. Going to pick him up next month 🤗 *Not sure what my 12 year old is going to name him yet. Stay tuned.
