okay I continuously have dreams of my husband cheating on me and it constantly makes my anxiety worse to the point where I don't wanna go out in public. does anyone else have this problem?

Lol @mommy.to.be.041016 mine is always asking that too and I tell him what happened in my dream and he laughs. That doesn't help me, why those dreams can't I have a dream about something else

for real like why can I dream about something normal for once it was worse when I was pregnant girl I would wake up with anxiety attacks start crying and flipping shit! I'm gonna ask my doctor about it for sure @schu35
