if he's gassy gripe water works wonders as well as gas drops or a warm wash cloth on tummy.

Maybe he's gassy? Have you giving him anything for gas? Maybe a warm bath will calm him down

Rock him and play music or sometimes I heard the running of the sink soothes them?
