so I went to the doctor today. everything is going good. told me I will be put in the hospital the 22 and hopefully have baby on the 23. 2weeks. I'm nervous/excited. what's anyone else been induced? I've heard its worse than going naturally

@mbrooke93, don't freak lol, your doctor knows what they are doing. You will have pain reliever and sleep while you can.
Depends on your body. It makes your contractions come faster and harder
@faeluna, so does being induced make the labor process longer or quicker?
@faeluna, probably a stupid question but can you still get the pain meds/epidural with induction? this is my first pregnancy going full term
Cervadil probably and that helps open your cervix.
@faeluna, oh wow. all they told me is they were going to use some kind of cream to help on Friday night then break my water the next morning
The contractions are 3 times worse than natural contractions and I've had both. You don't really get a break with the pitocin. I went 6 hours of labor with no pain killers and pitocin and I felt like I was going to die.

In my own opinion after 3 inductions, I would have rather gone natural.
