Does anyone have experience with NUK bottles? My mil said my husband used them as a baby and he did…

My son used them and they were the only ones he took until he was older.... But we tried like 3 others before finding that one worked.... I would say buy a few types to try

Well I know we will start on gerber because those are the smallest nipples I have found and like. We have doctor browns bottles but will not be using them again. Avent never worked for my son. How do they hold liquids? Do they have a tight seal and not leak? @dcb012

I didn't mind them. But they're a bottle so the nipple will be able to leak if it's turned the right way. But I liked them for him. I chose Tommie tippie ones for my daughter and will use those for my next born as well

I just started using them because I can't find the mam ones she likes anywhere. They have flattened nipples so it's more like my breast, she'll take the flat ones. So far so good, haven't had any leaking yet

with dr browns they leak at the lid not just the nipple so you like tommee better? I've heard good thing about those. @dcb012 i will try tommee and NUK i think. thank you @bianca_rose

I do like Tommie better!!! And with research/experience/talking to friends, no matter the nipple of the bottle if baby has a good established latch, they'll be fine. But I do like Tommie better but not the colic bottles.

Keep trying and if it hurts at first seek any and all advice and help. I had issues getting a good latch until I laid my daughter on top of me. And that was THE only way to get the proper latch.... Try different positions, holds, and if you need to the shield. I prefer the shield if I can't have my shirt open and laid back.

thank you. i didn't get to breastfeed my son cause he was in the nicu for 7 and a half weeks and my supply was very little because I didn't see him alot. @dcb012

thanks. it was super hard and a rude entrance into parenthood. but he is happy and healthy and is a very active 11 month old. I am very thankful for the nicu experience and the nurses but of course wish I could have taken him home with me every time I saw him. @dcb012
