Ouch!!!! I don't know what to do about it or about the milk but you need to make sure you're using the right flange size. You shouldn't be getting blisters.

It's on my areola @zaysmomma I have 25 30.5 and I forget the other size @valrocks

Wowsers. I had to change to a 19mm. Try using coconut oil to lube the flange. It helps me a lot
