Had a doctors appt today im 3cm dilated. I'll be 37weeks tomorrow but when doctored measured my belly but then realized she is very low in the birth canal. She could literally come any minute . Got an induction date set for July 22 which is a week before my due date (this was completely up to me) but we will prob have her before then. I am one happy momma!!!!

Question.
When I found out I was pregnant my doctor immediately sent me for blood work and a dating ultrasound. My friend called and told her doctor she was pregnant and they told her to wait till she was like 9 or 10 weeks to be seen.
Is this common? Should she fight to be seen earlier?

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
