so how long after a c section do I loose the stomach pooch lol its gross what can I do to fix it if it doesn't go back to normal

I didnt have a csection but I still have one. and im pregnant now. just my lower belly sags.

I've been wearing a band around it and it seems to kind of work, does yours still hang over the scar if you don't mind me asking
