came to the hospital... having contractions.. im only 1cm dialated.. i wana cry.. i want to give birth already 😢😢😢 they might just send me home.

@mrshamilton830, press tummy down or push ??? Because im 1.5 cm with lots of contractions and was sent home 😩

when you have a contraction press down, like you're pushing it helped with all 3 of mine to help dilate, good luck!
