@fb ee, I used the little drops, since everything else is for older kids. My son was chewing on every and anything. Teething toys work, but since they're so small you kind of have to hold them for them to work and help the itchy gums

My son got his first two teeth at 3 months, started teething At 6 weeks!! Best relief is giving them homeopathic teething tablets. I got some from sprouts that were good for babies one month and older, since oragel and everything else is for babies 3months+. They worked so well too!
you can us oral gel the infant! take ur baby to the doc so they can tell u if u can give med or not

if he wants to chew on things the silicone teething necklaces have been a flipping life saver for us since my daughter was tiny!!! She is now one nd still loves them!!!
