TMI but I woke up in the middle of the night last night with cramps sooo bad that it took my breathe away and to the fact I just held my breathe to hope it stopped the pain. My stomach was growling and bubbling so I knew I had to poop but when I tried nothing happened until 10 mins of crying and sitting on the toilet then finally I pooped two small sizes soild poops. It was the weirdest thing cause right after I was okay! Has anyone had this happen? Is it a pregnancy thing?
