hey ladies woke up with bowel movements n throwing up... any suggestions on what to take... I can't drink water it only makes me go again.... n my Dr office isn't answering n the middle of the day

Go to the er you can get dehydrated but sounds like the stomach bug. Dehydration can cause contractions go so they can give you fluids !

I am sorry you are going through that. I still do but mainly because of my acid reflux..to stay hydrated I stick with ice chips and currently on Nexium
