LADIES! 39 weeks is now considerer Full term. If your Dr says something else then its because they haven't got the update. I know babies that are born a little early are fine but every week counts! Don't rush it, because once you have your baby you will miss your pregnancy!
@jgarciamua, well I'm currently pregnant with #2 but not at all! I have REALLY rough pregnancies. I recieved all of my fluids and vitamins through a PICC line because I can't keep any food or fluids down. Makes it very difficult to miss lol
ultrasounds aren't completely reliable, but I do know when done early on pregnancy, like before 2nd trimester they are pretty close most babies that earlier are the same size give or take a tiny but.. it's in the later trimesters that there is greater variations.. I agree that each baby and pregnancy is unique so who knows.. lol
I agree with you but there is also women who are induced early or wanna induce themselves and their babies end up being in the NICU. Im just trying to say let the baby in there longer if their is no risk. There is girls who wish they would have their baby early. I had my baby at 42 weeks 😊 @soon_2_be_mom_of_4
I had my oldest at 37 weeks 7lb 2oz, my middle 35 weeks 6lb 10.5oz, and my youngest 37 weeks 7lb 11oz. They all came at their owm time, and each one was healthy. Due dates are usually off by a week or two, so when someone is 37 they may very well be 39 weeks. I agree with not fprcong labor, unless doctor has to.medically induce you. However you can't count on terms, because it is an estimated due date, and uktrasounds don't tell the exact weight.
