I'm a retail store manager, I have 2 weeks until my due date as of tomorrow, and while I'm still working, it is definitely difficult standing all day.. I feel like there is at least one day a week that im scheduled to work that I have to call out cause I've over done it the days before. If I could afford to take off a week or two before baby was born I definitely would, but I'm planning on being here until the day she comes!

I wanted to stop working at 39 weeks and they ended up scheduling me anyways. But my doctor made me go on maternity leave at 38 weeks because I was having symptoms of preeclampsia.

its up to you. on how much you can take.. some woman take off earlier and some work up untill labor....it just depends on how much you think your body can take
