When should I start packing my hospital bag? I usually like to have a week or two to have it packed before I'd need it so I can think and make sure I didn't forget anything. Should I wait till my baby shower which is a month before my due date or start packing earlier?

I started packing my bag last time at around 30 weeks, and then after baby shower I packed the diaper bag.
this time I'm 30 weeks and have nothing ready!😂 crib is still in a box at my grandma's house!

I packed mine 2 months before and didn't need over half of what I packed
