so i live in an apartment that is on the 2nd floor and the people below me just moved in and ever since ive been smeeling weed off and on... the smells somehow gets inside my apartment... now im 36 weeks along and i have a 2 year old in my home.. would it be smart to report it or just let it go?

I'd leave a note first then if they continue then report them. That's what I did.
The same thing has been happening to me. I reported it and apparently they have been reported and warned several times before.
Tell the management, it will be anonymous that way. I've had that happen to me as well, somehow the smell was coming in through our vents. My management took care of it, they eventually got evicted.
I wld just ask the person to find a wsy to keep it out of ur home. I had that issue a year back and they stopped just be kind, its to easy. where as kf you report somone they go out of their way to be jerks.
I would just put a sticky note on the door lol so he doesn't know who it is.

I would at least be like "if your going to do it can you go on your patio?" Because your not suppose to smoke in the apartment anyhow.

Why Does My Landlord Blame Me for Mice in My Apartment?
The response I got from letting my landlord know this is the second mouse I’ve had in my apartment in a couple weeks.
That last sentence really rubbed me wrong. For one, I have a clean apartment, I don’t leave food out. Two, it’s fall so mice are looking for warmth, they’re not coming into my apartment because it’s ‘dirty’. Three, I don’t believe that it’s a “first for this building”. Ugh this whole email just made me feel like she thinks I don’t clean or something.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I wouldn't take any chances being pregnant. I'm not against the use of it I used to smoke it but it's getting into your apartment and that's not safe.
