are you doing the Nutramigen for a cows milk allergy?

@hannahk0624, no for his acid reflux and spitting up. I don't know if he has a cows milk allergy I just know he doesn't take similac very well because it makes him projectile vomit, he cries while eating because he's in pain, and he doesn't keep much food down since he's been on similac. Many people have told me nutramegin helped their babies with the same problems.

Okay. I just wanted to make sure!!! my son had the same issues and he had a cows milk allergy and the Nutramigen stopped him from screaming in pain but not the other things. We just recently go moved to a new formula called Elecare and it is dairy, soy, and gluten free and his reflux seems like it's completely gone and he very rarely throws up anymore. Now he just does normal baby spit ups. I know the struggle of finding something that will work good for your little! It was a battle and struggle for us an we just found the right one and he'll be 6 months old tomorrow. Let's just say this has been a very long six months.. haha.
