Nobody should ever judge you! But it does sound like you need to consult your OB hun. PPD is something that needs attention & it takes time to overcome. & baby can feel when you're stressing out, so laying him in his crib and walking away & getting some fresh air, & cooling off is a good thing. Letting him cry for a moment wont hurt him ,sometimes you just have to step out for a second. @shelsynikkol

i don't want anyone to judge this but, i just feel so alone. i'm married but yet feel like i'm doing everything. i'm crying. and as bad as it is i get mad at my son when he won't stop crying and won't go to sleep... @kbrown91 i'm just so stressed out

Feeling sad, feeling overwhelmed, crying over anything, not feeling connected to baby. there's a lot of symptoms, if you think you have it or just don't feel like yourself please talk to your OB. PPD is serious. @shelsynikkol
