Yeah everyone had a great time and we did it after the baby came so everyone got to see the baby.
I did that with my last shower cuz a few people wanted to host the shower so I suggested a potluck so everyone was involved
something that sais "burgers, hot dogs will be served feel free to bring a side, cause I'm inviting like 30+ people and then their kids and families are more then likely gonna come... so idk lol I could be looking at like 60+ people (invited, not necessarily coming) to feed...
@rainbow0601, oh I know I'm not giving you a hard time just stated how I didn't see it as being too much everyone is entitled to their opinions.
@rainbow0601, see I was thinking I could do like the main things like burgers, hot dogs some chips salsa nacho cheese things like that and like ask for like a side dish or some thing...
No prob @mommyof3littleones lol just voicing an opinion on a public forum 😉
I don't blame you with the hand me downs. I just said no the pot luck because I heard about one a co worker had and nobody showed up with their food when they said they would bring the dish! Didn't want you to get stuck. But if you trust that they will all follow through then totally go for it. @purplemissed
@rainbow0601, I don't see how that's a bit much btw. @purplemissed do what you want it's your day.
omg that's not a bad idea..@rainbow0601, it's a baby shower shower her with gifts and food lol sounds like a plan to me hahaha I would go.
the only reason I'm considering it is because my bfs younger sister is hosting it, their older sister backed out and now she's trying to figure out a way she can do it with out digging a hole, I'm also gonna be buying food for my own shower but that's because I'm not gonna put that much stress on her shoulders @rainbow0601 . and I thought so to, I just didn't want to offend any one and honestly I don't even know where I'm gonna register cause honestly I'm good with hand me downs till the baby is older.
@geminimum666, thank you for your input
