is 38 weeks to early to try to get labor started ? what are some good techniques ?

At a small 1. Cervix still closed up. I keep going into false labor. Contractions get 3-5mins apart and super painful. We've been in 3 times!

I've tried everything! Dancing at my sisters wedding, sex, spicy foods, red raspberry leaf tea, prime rose, pineapple, nothing has worked for me .
