Thank you @babynessa. That's what I had planned on doing only sleeping until about 12-1 at the latest.

My husband wotks night shift. Sometimes he works until 5:30am. He will only sleep no later than 1pm. Usually takes lots of cold showers, coffee, and works out so he has more energy.
