I told my nephews yesterday that I was having a baby. The youngest who is 4 was excited and wanted to see the baby then. The oldest (my first nephew and he's 7) was so heart broken he cried and wanted to go home. He wouldn't tell me why he was sad, but when I left my sister came out to the car and said that he is scared I'm going to love the baby more then him. It broke my heart into a million pieces. I'm still very upset 💔💔💔

Create excitement for him maybe get him a big brother or big cousin shirt and explain to him he's getting a new friend to play with and all the exciting things they will do and that you will never stop loving him but now he will have some one to love unconditionally from you :)

My sister tried, it only upset him worse. He just learned how to ride a bike so I'm going to spend a ton of time with him while I can. Taking him on bike rides and such. Just so upsetting lol @babybermea
