Good job mama :) if you ever feel like your running low on milk supply fenugreek really helped me. It's a natural supplement you can get it from any vitamin store you just need to drink plenty of water.

@mrs.medrano, nope. but I did try the upsring drink Mix once and I could already tell a difference in my supply!! so if you need to up your supply you can try that, the chocolate flavor isn't bad at allA
