bummer 39 weeks today and only 1cm dilated :( she still high what should i do man im super uncomfortable :(

Just wait try and relax I noticed that relaxing helped more then stressing over how to get the baby out. You're so close!!

@loganbaloobaby, same here and very in pain and sucks cause my vajj is in pain idk what else to do

I'm 39 and been at 2 1/2 cm for 2 weeks. the hip, pelvic and back pains are killing me... 🙄🙄

Try walking to speed it up a lil bit
