Mini rant about work: Obviously I shouldn't assume anything whatsoever because we only have a professional relationship, but my (female) manager has been acting very different towards me mainly, and I'm starting to notice also some other staff members as well after I told her about my pregnancy, and a part of me feels like maybe there's a possibility that she's ttc or has tried in the past or maybe even lost a child or can't have children and that's why she's been the way she is; she's belittled me a few times (in subtle ways) in front of customers and not in front of customers, wrote me up for something that I shouldn't have been written up for, has cut shifts of mine, does things that are uncalled for, and even today because I (immediately) emailed the store upon finding out my schedule of my iron treatments that I couldn't work past a certain time next week due to my treatments, she tried to act like I was coming to her last minute the day of all my appointments saying I couldn't work at all or something and although she knows that I always make sure I let them know as soon as I find out about my appointments and write it in on our staff request off calendar (including if I can or can't work on an appointment day) and although she herself told me don't worry if I ever need an accommodation for an appointment and don't hesitate to let them know, she replies to me that the schedule (which is never done and finalized until Thursday's or Friday's of the current week for the following week) for the week is done and posted and I have to find somebody to take my shift (which she only gave me 3 short ones of this week) and if I have anymore appointments that I know about I need to put them on the request off calendar, when I told her in the email that I was just given these appointments today, but anytime people come to her about graduation parties the day before they need the day off for or anything like that she never says anything like that to them. I understand that some people have a tough time dealing with learning of a person's pregnancy or how to approach that person, and like I said I can't assume that my pregnancy is the only thing making her act like that (although I've never given her any reason to act the way she does to me and I always go above and beyond during my shifts even while pregnant) but it's hard not to assume that when her actions and attitude towards me didn't change until after I told her about the baby. Does anyone think I'm overthinking how she is, Or could I be on to something? I never flaunt or talk about my pregnancy at work besides telling her and if somebody asks a question here and there about it I'll answer but that's it, I never ask for breaks and rarely take them (since most of my shifts are less than 6 hours they aren't really mandated to give a break), I never call out or complain when I'm not feeling well nor do I leave early or even ask to leave early, I'm always proactive about tasks, and I always come in ready to work 30+ minutes early most days and at latest 15 minutes early, I always have a smile on my face, and am always kind to everyone no matter what so I'm truly trying to figure out what's making her act the way she is towards me.

I have a similar problem. I was promoted to kitchen supervisor from meal route driver. The head cook is out on knee surgery so they temporarily filled the position to help me in the kitchen since I'm new (in the kitchen. I've worked there for a year now) That lady is done now but she was offered a full time position in the kitchen and I was overlooked. The position was turned down by her but I was not offered it at all! I'm next in line. Plus, another girl was just temporarily hired part time (she was working off assistance but used up her time on that) to help in the kitchen and she's getting paid as much as me and I'm her boss!!!!! Now my boss is telling OTHER PEOPLE that she hopes I know I'm not getting paid for maternity leave since I'm part time. That's MY business! Not everyone else. I'm so fed up with the drama. That's only the tip of the iceberg! 😖
