My stomach gets hard sometimes too. I thought it was either baby or Braxton hicks. Never hurts or feels weird so I'm not sure if it's BH or not. But you're not alone!

hard and it didn't go away, I went in and found out I had blood in my urine and had a uti, the hard belly was my only symptom

I dont feel uncomfortable or anything just when I touch my belly its hard as a rock dont remember it with my first child

those sound like Braxton hicks. you might be slightly dehydrated or doing too much activity
