So after a BM I have a few contractions (1-2 contractions)...after a small meal I have a few contractions... Obviously they're not real ones, just BH but whew they make me nervous lol. 😂
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
TMI every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
