Getting checked for the first time today. is it as bad as everyone makes it sound ?

It hurt for me. Lol but that also could be because I haven't done anything in 37 weeks lol

I really think it depends on the doctor( length of the fingers) Iv seen my doc and its not that bad, but when im in l&d some of the nurses hurt.

Freaking terrible. Hated it. In labor its wayyy more uncomfortable

the first time i didnt know what to expect and it was terrible. it hurt really bad. but stay relaxed! it only lasts a second

its pretty uncomfortable I thought it hurt but its pretty quick

It never hurt me, unless a nurse was doing it. Not even during labor

@angylynn22, just don't be scared if you bleed. I got checked on Friday and bled until late Saturday. I was freaking out but it's totally normal as long as it's a small amount. Good luck love!
