I am so exhausted!!! These last 5 weeks are going to kill me. Thankfully I'm in the last full week of training and then I work once a day....
Side note: any mommas have a good foot soak remedy to reduce swelling?? I drink over a gallon of water a day, cold water soak, feet above my heart, pillow under one side, compression socks, NOTHING is helping and it never even slows down.
