I'm only 1 cm but I'm only 35 weeks so sounds pretty good. Do you walk a lot?

That's all I've been doing. Walking, bouncing, etc, on the yoga ball, sex. Nada.

My midwife told me thats a big no-no, it can make the baby poop in the womb. I'd rather no risk it.
