what happens if you want to breast feed but your milk doesn't come in for a few days after birth.. does the hospital provide you formula or should you bring some?

your milk doesn't come in until a few days anyway. Your body will make colostrum.

However, your hospital will usually provide formula if you cannot or choose not to breastfeed

You're welcome. Not everyone leaks before hand so don't stress about it. Only about 10% of women actually truly don't produce enough milk to feed their babies. 😉

I never leaked and was able to nurse right away. Don't stress. They'll also provide a nursing consultant if needed.
