Since I've gotten the app and tried to keep track of it each time I feel it and my SO still asleep I'm not sure I'm doing it right but it's literally how long the contractions last and by golly gosh I can't breath when it happen and it just hurt as if I got to poop but my pelvic ripping at the same time
