I'm not nervous. I know it's going to be painful, I know I'm going to scream. I know I'm pushing a baby out. I'm more concerned with if something goes wrong.

I pray about that often so that's not what bothers me. I am nervous because My baby is bigger than average and my vagina ISN'T! As well as my tolerance for pain being very low! I think I'm gonna pass out. that is all! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 @jojobear0819

Start watching and practicing hypnobirthing and visualization vids instead, it REALLY helps. The more nervous you are the more tense you're going to be making it hurt even more and slowing down the process, there's a mental component to it too. Start repeating that your body was made for this, it knows what to do etc.

You're welcome, and good luck! I'm sure you'll do great! I'd try to labor as long as you can at home, I was already 9 1/2 cm when i got to the hospital so I think it helped not having much farther to go

I'm going natural too. I know damn well though that birthing classes or breathing techniques are out the window once I'm far enough 😂
