If it's itchy, it's probably iteration. I'd cleans with warm water and mild soap, and then I'd put coconut oil on it. I bet that will heal it right up!

Okay so I had this and I started to pick at it, gross I know. It's literally your boob leaking milk and it drying and getting hard on your nipple. Try picking it off.

I remember my nipples getting itchy and ended up noticing dried up milk on my bra and nipples, try to use a wet wash cloth
