Has anyone ever heard of walking through your contractions ? Does it make you dilate more

Walk or try bouncing on a yoga ball or squats... Squats will hurt like hell but definitely work

@mzbritt89, my son's grandma said when I'm having contractions I'm supposed to walk while I'm having them but I barely be wanting to move when I'm having contractions

Yea thats the hard part.. Dont tense up.. Walk it will make it move along faster

What hospital are you delivering at? If you go to Miami valley and you aren't dilating they make you walk around to try to help you dilate

I live in Kettering! I think they make you walk around too! But you'll have a huge room

My best friend had her baby there, she loved them. She's having her new baby there again too.

I had Aubrey at MVH and they saved my life so, I'll all ways go there even though the room was tiny and my labor nurse sucked
