@katarama, it gets so frustrating. I feel like I can vacuum so well and still can't get rid of it. Same with on clothes and stuff. I could brush the hell out of him too and he still sheds like crazy.

@katarama, exactly! I don't know how to handle it at this point.

Invest in the ferminator products. Get the deshedding shampoo, AND the deshedding conditioner. And buy their ferminator shedding comb. Just make sure the comb is for long or short hair.. Example, pit bull hair would be short, lab, or husky type hair is long hair. Petsmart grooming uses these products... And you'll seriously see a HUGE difference after a few washes and combs. I swear by it. My dog hardly sheds now from me using these products. Plus it smells great! When you use all three together, it works perfect.

And the deshedding comb. It will either be orange or yellow.

And leave both the shampoo and condition on for atleast 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off. You will see globs of hair come off. It's amazing.

And after the dog is totally dry, use the deshedding comb. Just make sure you buy that brand one. It may look like all the deshedding combs different companies make, but this is the only one that really works.. When you comb the dog, do it firmly, but don't like dig in.. The comb can scratch them. But you'll get a feel for it. Hope this helps!!

@lumbeemama, no problem! I understand, and try to spread what I know that really helps and works!! Just remember, you gotta do the regimen a few times before you really see a difference. But you'll see how much hair comes off from the shampoo/conditioner and comb itself. You'll be amazed. What kind of dog do you have?

@klove2016, I have a redbone coon hound/pitbull mix. We make him wear t shirts a lot to catch most of the hair 😂

Oh yeah! I'd get the short hair deshedding comb. And do the wash a once a week until you see a difference. You'll get it under control quick with him. @lumbeemama he's adorable!

Also, Petsmart makes a rubber curry called a "zoom groom". It's like $6-7$. I'd buy that too, and curry him with it before you wash him with the stuff. If you do all of this, If I could, I'd bet money that his shedding will be cut in half, and very tolerable.. :-)
