Mine hasn't returned yet, I'm 6 months post partum. I also breastfeed. But I think it's different for everyone.

Oh jeez. I'm scared to have sex. even tho we have condoms and I have BC but they don't want me to take it till after my period starts 😕

I'm 9 weeks pp and I got mine yesterday. On my husbands birthday I also got the depo shot 2 weeks apt. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
