I had tuna from subway once a week in my first trimester and it was cold and not warmed up. It's totally fine in moderation

No your fine

You're allowed to eat like 6 ounces per week I believe. It's definitely okay

Well I plan on eating fish later on as well is it ok to have all that in one day? @missliss @babes101116 @moonie

I think it should be ok just drink lots of water with it @paisleesmommy18

Yes it should be fine! They say to limit tuna just because of the mercury content. Not all fish are high in Mercury though and can be eaten safely in bigger amounts. Just google "fish that are safe in pregnancy" ☺️ Fish is actually very good for baby's brain development.

About how much is 6 ounces? @moonie

I found this online, apparently the type of tuna matters: "Women of childbearing age, pregnant and nursing women, and children may: * Eat up to 12 ounces a week of canned light tuna and other low-mercury fish, such as salmon, shrimp, catfish, pollock, and fish sticks. * Eat up to 6 ounces of fresh or canned albacore (white) tuna." The regular cans of like Starkist light tuna are about 4 ounces, so you could eat 3 of those a week and be fine.
